Welcome to Harkein Synergies. By engaging our services in Logistics, Real Estate, Fashion, or General Trading, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Trading & Procurement

All procurement orders are subject to a formal Purchase Order (PO). Prices for commodities and imported goods fluctuate based on global market rates and foreign exchange volatility. Harkein Synergies reserves the right to adjust quotes prior to final invoice issuance.

2. Logistics & Shipping Policy

International shipments are governed by the standard International Commercial Terms (Incoterms® 2020) as agreed upon in the specific contract (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

• Harkein Synergies is not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events (e.g., natural disasters, war, port strikes, or customs seizures beyond our control).
• Clients are responsible for ensuring all goods comply with the import laws of the destination country.

3. Real Estate Disclaimers

Property listings are subject to availability. While we conduct due diligence, all properties are sold or leased "as-is." Clients are advised to conduct independent verification and legal searches before finalizing transactions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harkein Synergies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from international trade transactions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which, the matter shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
